Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness, first developed from simple bed springs by Joseph Pilates, a WWI medic. This has evolved over time to include state of the art equipment (Apparatus) to maximize the effectiveness of Pilates. Our dedicated Apparatus Room accommodates for private and semi-private sessions!

Yoga is a personal practice designed to be non-competitive, while assisting one in turning inwards and focusing on the self. Hands-on adjustments allow for posture correction while maximizing the benefits of yoga.
