A fun, fresh approach to Yoga for all fitness levels! Aqua Tabata is a deep water High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, allows each class to blast away the calories and provide results in a short amount of time.
Constant water-travel and movement using resistance bells. A high intensity, interval-based workout designed to burn calories and build muscle in a safe, no-impact environment.
A more advanced water cardio class in the deep end. Taught with numerous options based on fitness level. Challenge yourself to a new level of fitness!
Using slower, fluid motions, this gentle workout soothes and prevents injuries while building muscle. Water travel is included to build cardio. Resistance may be added if desired. A great place to begin!

Deep Water X-fit focuses on all fitness components, primarily muscle strength, cardio respiratory endurance, and power. All done in the water preventing injury and promoting overall conditioning.
