Youth Staff Bios

Chailoh brings to The Valley 10 years of recreational gymnastics experience and specializes in early childhood development. Chailoh is experienced working with kids and developing ideas for Kiddy's Night Out programs and gymnastics programs for all ages. Chailoh Dottie is an experienced staff member at The Valley having worked in many areas around the club from the Front Desk to the Children's Activity Center to leading our very popular Zoomba and Adult Dance Classes. Dottie has worked with children for over 50 years and has raised two daughters. She also has 4 grandchildren. When asked what she enjoys most about working with children, her response was, "they are fun, loving and full of hugs. Their laughs are contagious and their smiles can melt your heart. Children always give more than they receive."  In her spare time, Dottie enjoys playing with her 4 grandchildren, dancing, riding her Gold Wing motorcycle, sewing, and sharing all of this with her husband, John.
