Speed, agility and core training classes that focus on explosion of the muscle groups, which will lead to quicker transitions to the ball. Core training, better balance and lots of reps with light weights to prolong stamina.

Head Over Heels Gymnastics - Ages 3-5
Days: Fridays
Times: 9:30 - 10:00 am
Cost: $36.00
Through exploration and the repetition of skills children find they can accomplish anything! They will develop muscle tone, rhythm, socialization, strength and flexibility. ALL while having fun. SST is geared towards, "Advance team training" targeting plyometrics, agility, foot drills, and over-the-top core work. In addition to team building components that focus on communication & leadership to allow the team to work as one at those pivotal moments of the game. Youth Endurance Training

Cost: $40.00/month (2 sessions per week)
This program is great for kids who like to be involved in sports! We will forces on developing muscular endurance and power as well as encouraging general body wellness and strength.
