Youth Fitness Programs

Gymnastics (4/week session)
Dates:
- Session 1: January 9 – February 3 (pro rated)
- Session 2: February 6 – March 2 (pro rated)
- Session 3: March 5 – March 30
- Session 4: April 9 – May 4
Days: Fridays
Times:
- 9:30 – 10:00am (Ages 2 & 3)
- 10:00 – 10:30am (Ages 3 & 4)
- 10:30 – 11:00am (Ages 4 & 5)
Cost: $36.00 Members. Nonmembers responsible for additional $5 guest fee per visit.
Through exploration and the repetition of skills children find they can accomplish anything! They will develop muscle tone, rhythm, socialization, strength and flexibility while having fun. See your child’s self-confidence grow! Please wear comfortable clothing. Barefoot is best.
Soccer (Ages 3 – 4 & 5 – 7)

Days: Wednesdays
Times:
- 3:15- 4:00 (Ages 3-4)
- 4:15 – 5:00 (Ages 5-7)
Cost: $36.00 Members. Nonmembers responsible for additional $5 guest fee per visit.
Come join us for a fun-filled hour of soccer. Your child will learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting the ball while having fun in the spirit of competition.
