- Appointments for Personal Training
can be made on-line via the Reservations link on our web site
or by calling 360-352-3400.
- It is required that two 1/2 hour
sessions be scheduled a week to ensure a full body
workout.
- Cancellation Policy– Twenty
Four (24) hours notice is required in order to cancel
an appointment without being charged for the session.

Descriptions of Services:
This one hour session includes a assessment of your muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness levels. You will also have baseline measurements taken of your lean body mass. An assessment is a great way to determine whether you are making progress with your work out! Our Certified Personal Trainers can design
a unique and personalized program that will help you
achieve the results you are looking for. Exercise
programs are created with your needs in mind as well
as incorporating the results of your fitness assessment.
Each program will include components of cardiovascular,
muscular strength and flexibility. You will also be
assisted on exercise intensity, duration, frequency,
equipment settings and proper technique.

you through your work out and ensure that your work
outs are safe, effective, and efficient and yes, FUN!
Personal training sessions can help you learn healthy
workout habits and to “stick with it”
by showing you the right way to exercise. Meeting
with a trainer 2-3 times per week or periodically
also helps you be accountable to achieving the results
you desire and getting the most from your exercise
plan. Personal training sessions can be purchased
as single sessions or part of a package, which can
be paid in advance or as you use the service.
Testing is done to determine your fat to lean body mass percentage. This is a quick way to measure how you are doing with your current exercise routine.Go to Reservations

Note: Make sure to not exercise right before your
body fat test appointment because it can affect the
results of this test!
This complimentary class is designed to help members become more familiar with the fitness equipment available in the exercise areas throughout the club. Members will learn proper form and technique on the Cybex, Strive, Nautilus,Olympic Weight Room equipment and free weights. This is a great opportunity to meet a Certified Personal Trainer. Tuesdays at 6pm - meet at the front lobby.
