The Valley has 5 Racquetball courts. The Racquetball Pro can assist those wishing to hook up with a playing partner, pick up the sport or refine their game skills.

Though Racquetball courts can be reserved by Gold and Silver Valley members only, programs and lessons are available to Bronze members and nonmembers on a limited basis.

Protective eye wear is strongly recommended. Loaner racquets and eyewear are also available at the Concierge Desk. Please wear non-marking sole shoes on the Racquetball courts.

Private Lessons

Junior: Lessons are an excellent way to learn proper technique, court positioning and shot selection. Our Certified Instructor utilizes props, drills and game situations to assist players in meeting their goals.

Adult: Private lessons are tailored to meet each student’s individual needs. Whether you’re looking for a new workout or you want to beat your arch rival, private lessons can help you.

Group Lessons

The Valley offers group lessons for beginner through open level racquetball players. These lessons are a great way to learn the sport, meet new people and find future playing partners.

Note: Players are encouraged to take one or two private lessons before entering into a group situation.

Lessons for Juniors

Children ages 8 and up are welcomed to participate in the Valley’s new Junior Racquetball program.  Racquetball is a GREAT sport to help kids develop hand/eye coordination, speed, agility, stamina and great sportsmanship.

Age groups: 8 and up

Cost: $40 per session

Dates & Times:

• Tuesdays: 10-11am, Ages 8-11 (June 5 – June 26)
• Wednesdays: 9am – 10am, Ages 12-18 (June 6 – June 27)

We provide Junior racquet’s, eyewear and balls.

Summer/Fall Racquetball League

The Valley Athletic Club has recently made some exciting changes to the format of
the Racquetball league and we think you will like what you find.

League will be held on THURSDAY
NIGHTS between 6-9pm.  As always,however, you can choose to make up your match at any time as long as your opponent is aware and it’s completed by play offs.  Courts will be reserved for your use howeverand you will be provided with your playing schedule well in advance of each match.

We are also excited to announce there will be some PRIZES in the mix for the top finishers in every division.  Racquetball gear, gift cards
and CASH are just some of the things in the mix.

We will also be enforcing a strict FORFEIT policy if you do not show up for your match and have not contacted your opponent beforehand.  Please respect everyone’s time and stay in touch regarding your matches.

Dates:

• Summer League – May 3 – June 28
• Fall League – September 13 – November
