What is Pilates Apparatus?

Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness, first developed from simple bed springs by Joseph Pilates, a WWI medic. Our dedicated Apparatus Room accommodates for private and semi-private sessions!

V-Barre

Barre

V-Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries dancers endure. The other, just as significant aspect of barre is the focus it demands, and the focus you reclaim as you go through your workout – armed to face the rest of your day calmly, confidently, and healthfully.
