What is Pilates Apparatus?

Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness, first developed from simple bed springs by Joseph Pilates, a WWI medic. This has evolved over time to include state of the art equipment (Apparatus) to maximize the effectiveness of Pilates. Our dedicated Apparatus Room accommodates for private and semi-private sessions!

BASI Systems

We use BASI Systems equipment in our studios. Offering cutting-edge technology, BASI Systems accommodate the needs of every level of Pilates enthusiast and professional.



Springboard provides the ability to perform multiple exercises from the Reformer and Cadillac in a small group class. Private Yoga

Yoga is a personal practice designed to be non-competitive, while assisting one in turning inwards and focusing on the self. Hands-on adjustments allow for posture correction while maximizing the benefits of yoga. Enjoy a more intimate, comfortable yoga session in our dedicated Private Yoga Room by scheduling with one of our instructors for a private or small group session by calling 360.352.3400 ext. 169.
