This integrated weight management course is guaranteed to provide you with the overall knowledge, strategy and tactics to change your body composition and to maintain a positive, healthy lifestyle FOREVER! You will learn research-backed methods to easily take control of your metabolism to make it work for you, rather than against you. The course consists of:
1. A comprehensive assessment, body fat test, and a Personal Nutrition Plan.
2. Thirty-six (36) one-on-one Personal Training sessions (3 per week for 12 weeks, scheduled at your convenience) with Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, David Ross. Sessions are 30 minutes each, and personal nutrition follow-up are conducted during your workouts.
3. Expert exercise instruction geared toward a faster metabolism and maximum fat loss.
4. The course also includes twelve (12) one hour weekly group lessons to teach you everything you need to change your behavior, transform your body, and eat for energy, satisfaction, and fat loss.
5. 12-Week Weight Management Course Textbook, Daily Progress Logs, and Nutrition Software.
6. Support and accountability with weekly weight ins and strategies for behavior change.
7. Each student receives a framed Certificate of Completion.

Personal Training sessions scheduled by appointment. $108.75/week for 12 weeks, members ($1305.00 total cost).
Enjoy the same integrated 12-week weight management program as our highly acclaimed Healthy Habits course, but with group workouts rather than one-on-one personal training. This program consists of:
1. A comprehensive assessment, body fat test, and a Personal Nutrition Plan.
2. Twenty-four (24) group training sessions (2 per week for 12 weeks, see schedule below) with Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, David Ross and a team of trainers. Session are 60 minutes each, in small groups of 4-5 people per trainer.
3. Expert exercise instruction geared toward a faster metabolism and maximum fat loss.

What is your nutrition prescription?
A Certified Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant will help you meet your weight loss goals with a Weight Loss Starter Kit. Based on your individual calorie and protein needs, we can set you up with a detailed meal plan designed just for you. A week's worth of meals with exact calorie and protein breakdowns to achieve gradual weight loss and maintain lean muscle mass will be provided. The starter kit will include a 50 minute meal plan, initial session (50 min.), and final appointment. Fitness assessments are provided to evaluate body fat, measurement and weight (scale is optional). This plan includes grocery lists, recipes and various handouts.
