What is a Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant/Specialist?
A lifestyle weight management consultant/specialist is a certified professional from the American Council on Exercise, one of the nation’s leading fitness organizations. Lifestyle weight management consultants are trained to assess your health, nutrition and exercise habits, provide general nutritional guidance and develop an action plan to accomplish your goals. They work under the guidance of our Registered Dietitian and have assisted many members in accomplishing their weight loss goals. They can provide all of the nutrition services and participate in many of the weight management classes.
