A Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant (LWMC) is a certified professional from American Council on Exercise, one of the nation's leading fitness organizations. LWM Consultants are trained to assess your health, nutrition and exercise habits, provide general nutritional guidance, and develop an action plan to accomplish your goals. Our LWM Consultants are also Certified Personal Trainers and participants in a number of our weight loss classes.

Enjoy this accelerated six week weight management program focusing on your personal nutrition and exercise prescription to achieve weight-loss, reduce body fat, and a leaner physique. The program is led by David Ross, certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, and a team of personal trainers to teach you the tools and techniques for terrific results! We meet twice weekly for 90 minutes each: 60 minutes of personal training, and a 30 minute nutrition lecture. Learn how to take control of your metabolism, eat for maximum fat loss, and exercising for quick, easy, and permanent results.
Only open to all those participants who have completed the Healthy Habits program. Continue your weight loss and lock in your results with this weekly follow up and results-oriented workout. Each 90 minute class includes a 30 minute nutrition check in, a healthy snack, and a 60 minutes workout session with a personal trainer. Classes are held one time per week for six weeks. Fitness assessments are included to continue tracking your progress.
