Open to all those participants who have completed the Healthy Habits program or Results weight management course. Continue your weight loss and lock in your results with this weekly follow up and results-oriented workout. Each 90 minute class includes a 30 minute nutrition check in, a healthy snack, and a 60 minutes workout session with a personal trainer. Classes are held one time per week for six weeks. Fitness assessments are included to continue tracking your progress. Ages 18 & up.

This integrated weight management course is guaranteed to provide you with the overall knowledge, strategy and tactics to change your body composition and to maintain a positive, healthy lifestyle FOREVER! The course consists of:
1. A Comprehensive assessment, body fat test, and a Personal Nutrition Plan
2. Thirty-six (36) one-on-one Personal Training sessions (3 per week for 12 weeks, scheduled at your convenience) with Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, David Ross. Sessions are 30 minutes each, and personal nutrition follow-ups are conducted during your workouts.
3. The course also includes twelve (12) one-hour group lessons (Tuesdays nights at 7:30 pm) to teach you everything you need to change your behavior, transform your body, and eat for energy, satisfaction, and fat loss.

What is your nutrition prescription?
Dave Ross will help you meet your weight loss goals with a Weight Loss Starter Kit. Based on your individual calorie and protein needs, Dave can set you up with a detailed meal plan designed just for you. A weeks worth of meals with exact calorie and protein breakdowns to achieve gradual weight loss and maintain lean muscle mass will be provided. The starter kit will also include an initial 60 minute session and two thirty minute follow-up appointments. Fitness assessments are provided on the initial and final session to evaluate body fat, measurements and weight (scale is optional). This plan includes grocery list, recipes and various handouts.
