Dependant upon their training, most of our practitioners will incorporate a number of different techniques during your treatment to help you achieve maximum benefits.

Swedish Massage This classic technique is the prefect massage to smooth away tension, improves circulation, soothes aching muscle, and relieves physical and emotional stress. Deep Tissue A deeper massage with stronger pressure that targets specific areas of the body. Designed to soften the muscle and warm the tissue to increase flexibility and relieve sore muscles. Maternity Massage Honor the miracle and address the hard work of carrying a baby with a special treatment for a special woman. This massage utilizes a special maternity table for total comfort at all stages of pregnancy and benefits the discomforts of upper and lower back, hips and legs. Myofascial Release This method releases restrictions to improve mobility and help soften tissue by using traction, twisting, skin rolling and specific holds. Sports Massage Specifically adapted to the needs of athletes and the effects of athletic performance on the body, this modality utilizes stretching, contracting and relaxing of specific muscles, and sometimes more vigorous movements. All of these combine to alleviate injury and restore muscle tone and flexibility. Cranial Sacral Therapy A gentle, non-invasive treatment improves the cranial sacral system where the brain and spinal cord function. You'll experience a light touch and gentle holding techniques that will assist with muscle and energy blockage. Reflexology (Acupressure) Utilizing specific pressure points, mainly in the feet, firm pressure is applied to release blockages and restore flow in the meridian system of the body improving circulation and restoring energy flow through the entire body. Combination Treatment Combine Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral and Reiki for an amazing total mind-body experience. Raindrop Therapy This detoxifying treatment promotes relaxation and well-being through the application of specific essential oils in a raindrop fashion along the spine increasing blood circulation and detoxifying the deep muscle tissue while bringing the body back in balance. Shiatsu Massage During the Shiatsu massage, the therapist actively uses thumbs, fingers and palms to stimulate acupressure points, toning and calming the nervous system while balancing the body's subtle energy.
