This workshop-only option of our popular 12 week weight management program gives you the instruction, strategy, and accountability you need to support behavioral changes toward a healthier lifestyle and learner body.  The program consists of:
1.  A comprehensive assessment, body fat test, and a Customized Nutrition Plan.
2.  Twelve (12) one-hour weekly group lessons to teach you everything you need to change your behavior, transform your body, and eat for energy and fat loss.
3.  12- Week Weight Management Course Textbook, Daily Progress Logs, and supplemental handouts. 
4.  Support and accountability with weekly weight-ins and strategies for behavior changes.
5.  Each student receives a framed Certificate of Completion.

What is your nutrition prescription?  Based on your individual calorie and protein needs, we can set you up with a Customized meal plan designed just for you.  A week's worth of meals with exact calorie and protein breakdowns to achieve gradual weight loss and maintain lean muscle mass will be provided.  The starter kit will include 2-50 minute nutrition sessions and 1-25 minute fitness assessment session.  Fitness assessments are provided to evaluate body fat, measurements and weight (scale is optional).  This plan also includes grocery list, recipes and various handouts.
