At The Valley we are here to help you develop a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. Diets don’t last a lifetime, lifestyle changes do. We believe through support, accountability and dedication you will have lifelong successes. We offer emotional support as well as help in fine tuning your meal plans and exercise so your time at The Valley can be a transformation. Healthy Habits: Workshop -  Only

This workshop-only option of our popular 12 week weight management program gives you the instruction, strategy, and accountability you need to support behavioral changes toward a healthier lifestyle and learner body.  The program consists of:
1.  A comprehensive assessment, body fat test, and a Customized Nutrition Plan.
2.  Twelve (12) one-hour weekly group lessons to teach you everything you need to change your behavior, transform your body, and eat for energy and fat loss.
3.  12- Week Weight Management Course Textbook, Daily Progress Logs, and supplemental handouts. 
4.  Support and accountability with weekly weight-ins and strategies for behavior changes.
5.  Each student receives a framed Certificate of Completion.

Weight Loss Starter Kit
 
What is your nutrition prescription?  Based on your individual calorie and protein needs, we can set you up with a Customized meal plan designed just for you.  A week's worth of meals with exact calorie and protein breakdowns to achieve gradual weight loss and maintain lean muscle mass will be provided .  The starter kit will include 2 - 50 minute nutrition sessions and 1 -25 minute fitness assessment session.  Fitness assessments are provided to evaluate body fat, measurements and weight (scale is optional).  This plan also includes grocery list, recipes and various handouts
