BodyCombat is a high-energy, non-contact, marital arts-inspired workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness, burning lots of calories – no experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.

This calorie killing workout can rapidly improve your fitness. During 30 minutes of this high-intensity interval cycling people can burn up to 450 calories, and that’s just the beginning. Sprint stimulates excess post-exercise oxygen consumption and as a result, you will continue burning calories for up to nine hours after your workout ends.

Mind & Body
A sequence of gentle poses are used to relieve muscle tightness, awaken the spine, nourish the body, and create well-being. Beneficial in injury recovery. Different approaches are shown and props will be used.
Fusion class that moves to music. Meditation, Tai chi, Pilates and Yoga create a flowing mind/body experience that focuses on balance, strength, flexibility & mindfulness.
Traditional style to build a foundation of yoga. Designed to work all areas of the body in an intelligent sequence to improve and restore health and vitality.
Consists of floor exercises using Pilates principles. Designed to isolate muscle groups without joint stress. Focuses on core conditioning, flexibility, and posture.
Focus on finding and using the “Powerhouse” muscles to increase tone, strength, energy, and posture while preventing injury. Fundamental Pilates movements will be demonstrated in detail.
A restorative class with a variety of techniques, each week cycles through an area of the body to be focused upon. Increase mindfulness while deepening postures and understanding your body’s abilities.
Fluid movement and breathing with an emphasis on alignment is used. The heated room increases body temperature to allow for a fuller stretching experience. Adequate hydration is recommended.
Yoga 4 All
Combine traditional seated and standing poses with breathing techniques to promote balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Many options demonstrated.
Aqua Tabata (deep water)
Aqua Tabata is a deep water High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, allows each class to blast away the calories and provide results in a short amount of time.
Bootcamp (deep water)
Constant water-travel and movement using resistance bells. A high intensity, interval-based workout designed to burn calories and build muscle in a safe, no-impact environment.
Deep Water Cardio
A more advanced water cardio class in the deep end. Taught with numerous options based on fitness level. Challenge yourself to a new level of fitness!
Cardio Splash (shallow water)
Using slower, fluid motions, this gentle workout soothes and prevents injuries while building muscle. Water travel is included to build cardio. Resistance may be added if desired. A great place to begin!
Deep Water Strength & Endurance
Emphasis is placed on strengthening the core and one primary body part per session. Other benefits include cardio, flexibility, and strength enhancement via resistance training.
Deep Water X-Fit
Deep Water X-fit focuses on all fitness components, primarily muscle strength, cardio respiratory endurance, and power. All done in the water preventing injury and promoting overall conditioning.
This dance program is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and bootcamp-inspired toning. The fresh, upbeat music selection paired with easy-to-follow choreography allows you to burn calories while having a great time.
Burn calories while feeling awesome! These classes incorporate Latin and international music to grooving moves, creating a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
