The Valley strives to have a little of something
for everyone. With this being said, there are four primary
work out areas to the facility each having a little different
feel and variety of equipment. The purpose of having expansive
work out areas is to allow for members to get similar work
outs in all areas using slightly different types of equipment
to achieve the same results.
Exercise Area 1 is located upstairs
and has an indoor running track, a stretching area,
Nautilus equipment, intermediate free weight area,
a variety of cardio equipment (excluding treadmills),
rowing machines, step mills and the majority of exercise
bikes are located here. Individuals working out in
Exercise Area 1 have the ability to overlook the racquetball
courts or view the golf course outside.
Exercise Area
2 is located downstairs with vast picture windows
looking outside and includes Lady Nautilus equipment,
a stretching area, cardio equipment, including treadmills,
and an intermediate free weight area.
Exercise Area
3 is also located upstairs, closest to the
elevator, and has Cybex equipment, a stretching area,
an intermediate free weight area and a variety of
cardio equipment including treadmills. Exercise Area
3 does not have music playing which provides an area
for those not wishing to listen to the club’s
music system.
Finally, Olympic
Weight Room has Strive equipment and the heaviest
variety of free weight plates and equipment including
Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Cable Cross Over, Hack
Squats and much more. The music system in the Olympic
Weight Room is on a separate music system and music
varieties vary depending on time of the day.
