Pre-Season Pump
For teens that want to get in shape before the start of spring sports. Our energetic instructor will teach a modified Body Pump class that uses barbells to work every major muscle in the body. Soccer Grades Ages 4 - 7
Join Instructor Chelsea and learn the basics of soccer. Kids will learn how to dribble, pass and shoot while having a blast. Players will be working with other kids on their fundamental skills and knowledge of the game. All practices will start with a short warm up and stretch time. Note that the agenda a of practice may change depending upon the children's aptitude to the game we will be playing. Swim Club The Valley Swim Club is designed to improve endurance, refine technique and introduce the fundamentals of swimming for speed and fitness. Coach Amy Murry provides individual feedback to each swimmer during a swim session. We track distances swam and hold time trials regularly to mark your progress. Each swimmer is given monthly updates and frequent report cards.

The Valley Sports Camp Sign up early, camp fills fast! Come in out of the rain, play sports and meet new friends at The Valley. Open to members and nonmembers. Bring your friends! Each weekly session will include group lessons from sports pros. Sporting activities can include soccer, basketball, swimming, racquetball, tennis and much more.
Bring a water bottle, court shoes, swimming attire, reading material, and a lunch. (Sunscreen if applicable). Snacks are provided daily. Lunch may also be purchased at the snack bar if parent or guardian wishes to charge lunch to his/her account.
Sign up at the Concierge Desk IN PERSON as parents must fill out the camp brochure and waiver. No phone in registration are accepted. Payment in full is required to reserve spots. Non members must pay in full in advance to reserve all spots for all camp weeks. Camp hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Cost: $145.00 week members/ $175.00 week nonmembers; $45 days members / $50 day nonmembers Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 1 week of camp day or week session, or no shows on check-in day will result in loss of all fees paid. Cancellations must be given to Program Director at ext 108. DROP OFF/PICK UP POLICY: All children no matter what age must
be signed in and out of camp by an approved adult.
Drop off time is 7:30am,
no earlier. Campers must be signed in by a supervising
adult to actual camp staff, no exceptions. Campers may
not be dropped off with any other Valley Staff or left
unattended in the lobby, no matter what age or circumstance.
Pick up time is 5:30pm.
Parents are expected to pick up children
by 5:30pm. If parents
are later than 5:40 pm they will be charged an additional
$1 per minute. If no one has
arrived by 6:00pm, emergency contacts will be phoned.
Please realize this is for the safety and well being
of your child. VAC Sports Camp Staff must be notified
in writing if anyone other than the parent or adult
that checked the child in is to be allowed to check
the child out of VAC. We reserve the right to ask for
photo identification.
