BODYVIVE (New this Fall)(Silver)
BODYVIVE is the new group exercise-to-music program from Les Mills. It's a low impact, 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, stretching and mobility work. Like the other LES MILLS program, BODYVIVE incorporates multiple tracks of inspiring music from the 1960's and 1970's and is delivered by motivating instructors. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated - and fizzing with energy.

BodyATTACK (Silver)
BodyATTACK is the intense, sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. An interval training class combining high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises, it's high in motivation, provided by dynamic instructors and exciting music. As such, the program delivers a generous measure of health benefits: notably improved heart and lung function, increased bone density and rapid fat loss. The class also provides intensive full body conditioning that raises stamina to peak levels - BodyATTACK is arguably the best group exercise for cross training for recreational activities and sport such as tennis, squash, basketball and football.

BodyFLOW (Silver)
Enhance your physical and emotional well-being. BodyFLOW is the revolution in "mind-body 'training" that is changing the way people feel about their bodies. BodyPUMP (Silver)
BodyPUMP is one of the world's most popular group fitness programs. Designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels, BodyPUMP delivers real results, fast! This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. BodySTEP (Silver)
BodySTEP is a challenging athletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear. Using simple-to-follow moves and a great mix of pop music, BodySTEP allows you to train at the intensity you want without having to learn complicated sequence of moves. Effective and easy to follow moves provide a high energy, athletic cardio blast that is simple enough for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Boot Camp
Take your workout to the next level of maximum fitness and proven results. Under the guidance of a certified personal trainer and former Air Force Military Police Officer Nic Anderson you will endure 4 weeks of challenging cardio drills and toning exercises to achieve maximum fat burning potential. This 4 week program meets three times per week.

Created by professional cyclist and personal trainer Johnny G. The Spinning program connects body and mind in an energizing 1 hour session that blends cycling technique, sound training principles and coaching to build mental and physical strength and increase endurance. The Spinning program was created to make fitness successful and rewarding for everyone.

Argentine Tango - Monthly
Level One

This Class is designed for anyone that has little or no dance experience. YOu'll enjoy the materials, pace and simplicity taught by Andrew. On the 4th lessons you'll be able to dance a simple tango. This class becomes more exciting and challenging as you gain additional tools to use in a dance and to be creative with them. Fitness Center Orientations
This complimentary class is designed to help members become more familiar with the fitness equipment available in the exercise areas throughout the club. Members will learn proper form and technique on the Weight Room equipment and free weights. This is a great opportunity to work in a small group setting with a certified personal trainer. Sign up at the Concierge Desk. Meet at the Reservation Desk at least five minutes prior to class. Meet in the front lobby.

I Lost it at The Club
This is the continuation of our popular fitness contest I Lost it at The Club, and is OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS on a team, with a trainer, or as an individual. This contest will be tabulated by the highest percentage of pounds lost.

Circuit Classes
Learn how our former winners got results! Taught by certified personal trainers, these training programs will keep you on tract, motivate you, and give you the group support you need. Each circuit class will involve a variety of cardio and strength training exercises in a smaller group setting. "Sign up for individual circuit teams at the initial weigh in date, Jan 9th and 10th.

Core Dynamics Pilates Mat
Take it to the next level. Experience the system of movement designed to strengthen the body's center, flatten abs, decompress the spine, improve flexibility and build muscle tone. Develop your dynamic energy and balance using a variety of small equipment such as foam body rollers, stability and small balls, thera-bands, and balance discs, with integrative movement challenges. Get results you can see and feel. Pilates is for anyone who wants to boost their muscle strength and flexibility, or improve sports performance and fitness. Instructor Nancy Wiese.

Triathlon Training: Pre-season
When it comes to training for a triathlon, the earlier the better. The six week pre-season triathlon training is geared to help you develop a base of training to go from weather a first timer or an experienced Iron man. This is a very motivational group and will help you create or accelerate your goals. Paige & Brain Evans, both certified fitness professionals and Iron man competitors will take you wherever it is in the triathlon world you want to go! Weeks #1 and #6 will include a body composition (body fat, weight and inches) to show you that your body will change over the six weeks. You will also receive a weekly workout schedule on what to do outside of class. Registered Dietician Paige Evans will also provide nutritional information regarding exercise. Triathlon Training (Early-season)
Triathlon season is right around the corner, are you ready? Speed work in addition to endurance will be the primary focus as well as technique. Shedding unwanted body fat gained over the winter will be accomplished. Same as pre-season triathlon training, we will include a body composition (body fat, inches and weight) week #1 and #6.
