It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each one-hour workout. You'll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights. If you're new to weight-resistance exercise or you're out of shape, you should start with light weights. Like the other LES MILLS programs, BODYVIVE incorporates multiple tracks of inspiring music and is delivered by motivating instructors. BODYVIVE is especially suited to active adults in their 40s , 50s and 60s who belong to health and fitness clubs. It's also suitable for group exercise beginners, recovering from an injury and anyone who will enjoy this integrated exercise option.

Fit with Yoga is a fitness-based yoga offering a wide range of poses moving deliberately from one pose to the next with fluid breath and movement. Gentle yoga is a sequence of gentle poses which have been designed to relieve muscle tightness, awaken the spine, nourish the body and create a feeling of well-being. Breathing techniques are used to release tension and calm and focus the mind.
Enhance traditional Yoga and Pilates based movements by adding the elements of strength and intensity with the ball. This flowing practice combines traditional sun salutations, standing and seated poses, along with traditional breathing techniques to promote balance. flexibility, strength and relaxation. This class will challenge you and is suggested for those who have established a regular practice. We suggest you start with Yoga Basics before trying this class. Each class may have a different focus or poses, so please try a few!
Yin Yoga is a mild form of Yoga involving slow, deep stretches rather than challenging poses. This class is a fantastic way to improve flexibility and range of motion whether new to Yoga, or an advanced practitioner. Yin Yoga is perfect for all fitness levels and body types including young, fit, old, injured and larger frames.
If you are new to yoga or for those who want to renew their practice, Yoga Basics is for you. Focus is on building a solid foundation of poses and breath work and gaining self-confidence. Close attention is paid to the subtle aspects of the postures, using props for support when needed. This class is excellent for creating flexibility and balance in body and mid and offers a foundation for our members to safely move into our other weekly yoga classes.
