All classes are listed on the Land Group Fitness
Schedule. We have classes for all membership levels and Silver/Gold classes, check our schedule for times and day.
Reservations
are recommended for all Silver/Gold classes.
What
do I need to know about choosing a class?
Unless indicated, you may begin a class at ANY
time.
For new participants, we recommend you introduce
yourself to the instructor before the class starts.
Find a class time that works into your schedule.
Try several different styles of classes and instructors.
Or feel free to just watch a class!
What should I do for
my first class?
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class
starts and introduce yourself to the instructor.
For Cardio Classes, don’t feel you need to
coordinate the feet movement from the arms.
Learn the footwork first, and then add your arms.
Work at your own pace, and slow down if you are
tired.

What do I wear to a land
group fitness class?
Athletic shoes in good condition are recommended
to provide you with the best support as well as
shock absorption. Non-marking soles are required
in the fitness studios.
Comfortable clothing appropriate for working
out (i.e., shorts and short sleeve shirt) is recommended.
No metal rings or buckles are allowed on some of
the equipment.
Padded cycling shorts and cycling shoes or hard-soled
shoes are recommended for Spinning classes.
No shoes may be permitted in our Yoga classes.
What is the minimum age requirement for the land group
fitness classes?
All Land Group Fitness Classes are for ages 16
and up.
Children aged 13-16 must get instructor approval
prior to class.
Absolutely no children under the age of 13 are
allowed in these classes except for Beyond PE.
Infants may be allowed in the class as long as
they are quiet and contained in a car seat and off
of the main studio floor area.
Infants and toddlers that are not or will not
stay in their car seat are not allowed in the studios
for safety reasons. The Children’s
Activity Center is a safe alternative for your
busy infant or toddler while you work out.
How often does the
schedule change?
The schedule changes approximately every 1-2 months.
