Yoga Basics
If you are new to yoga or for those who want to renew their practice, Yoga Basics is for you. Focus is on building a solid foundation of poses and breath work and gaining self-confidence. Close attention is paid to the subtle aspects of the postures, using props for support when needed. This class is excellent for creating flexibility and balance in body and mind and offers a foundation for our members to safely move into our other weekly yoga classes.

Yoga 4 All Levels
Yoga 4 All Levels combines traditional seated and standing poses along with traditional breathing techniques to promote balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.

Gentle / Restorative Yoga

This class will move at a gentle pace. A good option for beginners, those recovering from injuries, as we'll as more advanced students who wish to bring more awareness to their practice. Gentle yoga is a sequence of gentle poses which have been designed to relieve muscle tightness, awaken the spine, nourish the body and create a feeling of well-being. Breathing techniques are used to release tension and calm and focus the mind.

Fit with Yoga
Fit with Yoga is a fitness-based yoga offering a wide range of poses moving deliberately from one pose to the next with fluid breath and movement. Strength, flexibility, and steady movement are emphasized. This vigorous, energetic approach builds strength, flexibility, and promotes self-awareness through precision in movement. Close attention is give to proper alignment and techniques. Great for all ages. Modification is necessary for some fitness levels.

Enhance traditional Yoga and Pilates based movements by adding the elements of strength and intensity with the ball. This energetic, electric approach will surprise your body and give it a flowing workout that's sure to engage your core, strengthen and lengthen your muscles and send you home feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Balance, strength, flexibility and having a "ball" are emphasized! Appropriate for all ages, modification may be necessary for some fitness levels.

Vinyasa Yoga
This flowing practice combines traditional sun salutations, standing and seated poses, along with traditional breathing techniques to promote balance. flexibility, strength and relaxation. This class will challenge you and is suggested for those who have established a regular practice. We suggest you start with Yoga Basics before trying this class. Each class may have a different focus or poses, so please try a few!

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a mild form of Yoga involving slow, passive stretching, working on a deep level. A step up from Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga is perfect for all fitness levels and bodies including young, fit, old, injured and large body frames.
